02032019 Know Thyself

It's already the 3rd month of 2019

I couldn't think of a good start to this post, so point form it is.

- Over the past few months, I took the MBTI (Myer-Briggs Type Indicator) test again and finally had a consistent enough result to call myself an INTP. Introverted, intuitive, thinking, prospecting and turbulent. Reading into it, I can connect the dots of my behaviors and interactions and the reasons. (because I like details, I want to know why, how, causes, causation etc.)
As an INTP, we (speaking for most INTPs here) like to see trends and spotting discrepancies.If something doesn't make sense, best beware that we have taken a mental note and it would be dug up from the archives when necessary.

I like to think. By that I mean, I could stare off into space thinking about something and that could go on for half an hour if undisturbed. Even if disturbed, if we are talking, I would most likely be distant, still thinking about something else. Most of all, I love experiments. I have been waking up at 4.30 previously but I came across this Casey Neistat video and the take home point was that he used his "unproductive" times to sleep. So I started doing the same. 

0400 - 0630 Work (I currently work for a corporate company with flexible working hours)
0630 - 0800 Gym 
0800 - 0900 Commute to the office
0930 - 1500 Work
1500 - 1600 Commute home (meditate/nap?)
1700 - 1830 Read something
1830 - 1930 Dinner and a walk
2000 - 2130 Read more, shower, skincare womanly stuff
